Pros

3 days work from home

Cons

The organization suffers from poor planning and management. Employees can be asked to leave abruptly without clear communication or notice. Workload is extremely high, especially during “AI Week,” when teams are forced to complete an unrealistic number of stories within a short time frame. HR support is minimal — only a few people manage the entire department, and they rarely respond or provide assistance. There’s a constant stream of ad-hoc work, unplanned meetings, and weekly one-to-one sessions that add to the stress. Salary increments are limited to a very small group of employees, and deployments often take place over weekends, severely impacting work-life balance. Overall, not an employee-friendly culture.

Pros

The organisation offers a highly dynamic and agile work culture where employees are encouraged to take ownership and innovate. People who enjoy solving complex problems and working in a high-growth environment will thrive. Collaboration across functions is excellent, and there is a genuine focus on customer impact.

Cons

The pace can occasionally feel intense, especially during high-priority business cycles, but it also accelerates learning and growth significantly.

Pros

1. Hybrid work mode — only two days in-office (Wednesday and Thursday). 2. Free coffee and biscuits available. 3. Flexible work timings, though this depends on the team.

Cons

1. Alternate weekend work (Sat–Sun) creates a very hectic schedule. 2. Strict deadlines combined with an unbearable and unsupportive manager. 3. Zero job security; roles feel unstable. 4. HR rarely responds to queries or employee concerns. 5. Some teams have a toxic work culture. 6. Higher authorities often take decisions based on personal feelings rather than employee skills or performance. 7. No free meals provided. 8. Salary increments are extremely low and not competitive. 9. High level of team politics; lack of awareness can easily put your job at risk. 10. No perks or goodies; even the company bag must be returned, or ₹1200 is deducted from the final settlement. 11. Recent layoffs (Oct 2025) affected a large number of employees.
