      Favorite part of my job is the teams and people I work with. Work environment where you can really make a change. You make your own opportunities through working hard. The work is faced paced, you are challenged and recognized for your achievements. Great place to work if you are someone who wants to make a difference and are passionate about your career.

      Cons

      Company grows quickly so have to be comfortable with change.

      Hostile and overall odd feelings

      Lack of support in onboarding and thrown into work which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but when you get demonised for asking questions then you know the environment is toxic. Lots of talking behind backs instead of confronting problems. Morale in team meetings is low and there was a lot of hostility in the teams.

      The culture at Valsoft is undoubtedly one of its greatest assets. The people, the environment , the inclusivity and collaboration at Valsoft in my opinion is unmatched. Additionally, Valsoft fosters learning and development, growth opportunity and is a motivating environment to work in.

      Need to be resilient to work in this environment as if is fast paced and is constantly changing.
