Pros

Nothing comes to my mind

Cons

Lack of support in onboarding and thrown into work which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but when you get demonised for asking questions then you know the environment is toxic. Lots of talking behind backs instead of confronting problems. Morale in team meetings is low and there was a lot of hostility in the teams.

Pros

* our company was acquired by Valsoft and they talk a great transition game

Cons

* #1 priority is to attain a min of 30% growth by cutting staff and resources * Valsoft henchman do not care about employees or tenured/loyal customers; they just want to implement huge price increases so they can get lofty annual bonuses * Valsoft hires very young and unexperienced males to overlay the same 'template' used with each acquisition * They only care about growth and are on a good trajectory to run the company's growth built prior to acquiring - to the ground

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback and perspective following your experience with Valsoft. We understand that acquisitions and periods of rapid growth can bring significant change, and we recognize that not every transition is experienced the same way by every employee. At Valsoft, we aim to build businesses for the long term by supporting operational growth, investing in leadership, and creating opportunities for employees across our global organization. We appreciate the time and dedication you contributed over the years and value hearing feedback from former employees, even when experiences differ from our intentions.
