Upper management constantly changing directions, making aggressive decisions which is very hard on the employees. Constantly demanding more, always a million things on the go and complete disregard for concerns brought up by middle management.

Great Team, great colleagues, love the environment, goodies and snacks are awesome, getting the job done on the spot really boosts my motivation for working here, Management is attentive and working together with me regarding my needs
Cons
Distance - I wish the office could be closer to my home so i would do less time on the highway, Size of the office- Wish we could have a bigger size office and more toilets + bigger kitchen, Charging electric vehicles-It would be nice to add more 2 or 3 charging stations in the parking lot for electric vehicles (like the ones we have now), Wednesday Lunches-would be nice to bring back the burger wednesdays
Pros
Comparing to Valsoft, any other company feels amazing.
Cons
The worst corporate experience in my career. Like other reviewers wrote, Valsoft acquired our little family-like company and made lots of promises about not laying anyone off. Valsoft management was going on and on about how much they valued their employees, how people were very important to them, how they wanted everyone to be happy, etc. Then they fired people, cut their bonuses, and put enormous pressure on everyone to push them out. Our old management fought for us, our jobs, our bonuses, but they lost. 50% of our former management quit within 3 months after the acquisition. Valsoft management makes you fill non-anonymous surveys, and since they fire people left and right weekly, everyone is too scared to share their thoughts. So everyone lies and says they're happy because they want to keep their jobs. Valsoft then pats themselves on the backs for keeping everyone so happy. I'm pretty sure that most positive reviews on Glassdoor are also written by current employees who are scared to lose their jobs. Anyway, most of my former colleagues now work overtime to keep up with Valsoft demands and unrealistic goals. To be honest, I was relieved when I was laid off.
Pros
interesting work and lots of very smart colleagues
Cons
little to no room for advancement
