I joined the Client Services team here recently. During my time here, I've had conversations with nearly the entire Executive Team. Not because I've forced myself into conversations for the sake of "networking", but because they have actively sought out new team members to get to know us, communicate that they're excited to have us, and reinforce the culture of support and open-mindedness.

I can honestly say that I see no cons here. I'm impressed and excited.
