Pros

Silverline has a carefully crafted - and highly protected - culture of collaboration, innovation, and hard work for the purpose of delivering a premier experience for clients and employees alike. I joined the Client Services team here recently. During my time here, I've had conversations with nearly the entire Executive Team. Not because I've forced myself into conversations for the sake of "networking", but because they have actively sought out new team members to get to know us, communicate that they're excited to have us, and reinforce the culture of support and open-mindedness.

Cons

I can honestly say that I see no cons here. I'm impressed and excited.

We're so glad you've been enjoying your time on the Client Services team (and the larger Silverline team)! The Coffee Buddies add-on is a great one, and we'll be sure to continue finding more ways for people to connect in person and remotely as we grow and evolve.

Pros

After working at both small and large companies, I can confidently say I’m really happy I landed at Silverline. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and that sense of kindness and collaboration hasn’t faded. It’s a fantastic group of people to bounce ideas off, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. Jason was absolutely fantastic throughout the interview process. He kept me updated almost daily and clearly puts a lot of care and effort into finding the right person for each role, it really shows. The benefits here are also strong. While the PTO policy is still evolving (currently at 10 days), I actually appreciate the clarity. Unlimited or flexible PTO can sometimes be tricky to navigate, since it’s not always clear what’s “too much” or “too little.” For those in the U.S., the insurance pricing is excellent, and there are a variety of additional benefits offered, including critical illness, accident coverage, legal support, and more. Overall, I can genuinely see myself here for a long time. If you’re considering joining, go for it!!

Cons

PTO policy, but as I mentioned it's a work in progress.

Pros

There once was a lot of cool people working here.

Cons

The acquisition destroyed the company. Benefits are non existent. Culture is gone. Almost anyone who knew what they were doing left and the ones who didn’t wish they had. Avoid at all costs unless you like being miserable and hate employer 401k contributions.
