Pros
Easy product to get to grips with.
Cons
Management flat out refuse to see the problems. You will see this here. Each time a negative review appears there's a wave of positives that land as the SMT scramble to get people who haven't yet said nice things about the business and CEO to say nice things in order to pretend everything is OK. It's not. CEO has no idea what he's doing or how to affect change. Management scramble around blindly trying to figure out what they can do to make sure they're in his good graces because there is no actual plan in place, just a lot of buzz words and team talks like he's on Friday Night Lights. As you can see from the 5 star propaganda that comes in each time someone has the audacity to hold the mirror up, anything that resembles the truth is not welcome. Everything is great and going in the right direction. If you believe otherwise then you're "not a good fit" or "not good enough" and are promptly dealt with. There are a lot of good people here but because they're surrounded by so many toxic sycophants they don't know how to find and support each other which leaves them pretty isolated. People are promoted based on popularity rather than ability which creates departments that are led by those who simply do not have a clue what they are doing, are too egotistical to ask for guidance, and too arrogant to listen even if it's offered.
