It feels like you’re back in high school with cliques and mean girls. - leadership (if you can even call it that) elevates people that take credit for others work and don’t actually contribute value to the business - if you’re a woman, this is a boys club and you will not be protected - they have zero actual strategy in execution and just do things on how they feel - a bunch of alcoholics that don’t know how to have a conversation or any actual coming culture without being obliterated
