Pros
Company is based in the netherlands so there's a lot of flexibility with where you work from.
Cons
I have never in my life experienced a company with such a discombobulated onboarding system. My laptop and work equipment didn't arrive until maybe the 2nd week at the organization which rendered me useless given the strict security protocols. Eventually I was emailed an encylopedia's worth of product materials, all super haphazardly with no direction or starting point. I was basically told to fend for myself. Major red flags all around
