      Pros

      Finally, a company that gives value to your skills. Anam has been reaching out even after working hours to make sure you got what you need to start. No delay payments, always on time.

      Cons

      Upgrading their platform dialer to be able to do outbound calls even if the lead is not in the list.

      * On top of new technologies * Realistic expectations * Management works with you to figure out the best approach to take * Management listens to your opinions and ideas, and often incorporates them * Very positive and flexible atmosphere in the office, this is one of the elements I enjoyed the most * Learned a lot

      Cons

      * As with many startups, it is a very fast moving environment * The company is in the growing stages, which means that things change, I like it better when I have defined tasks for long term. * While there were not many emergencies, there are bugs in the system that have to be fixed, and I do not want to be assigned bugs, only new features.

      Can't really think of one.

      Cons

      - NO sales leadership at all. - Meaningless meeting everyday that had no affect on sales. - CEO makes you feel bad when you take off work. PTO that you've earned.
