This is a dysfunctional, unfocused, and disorganized company. Leadership exhibited disrespectful, rude, and immature behavior, contributing to a toxic work environment. There is limited or poor communication from management. The company lacks direction, making it difficult to advance in your career. Additionally, the nepotism and favoritism leads to exclusivity and clique-like behavior -- it's like being in high school. If you want to work with professionals who treat each other with respect and have a clear vision for the company, you *do not* want to work here!
