Pros

In front of cons, pros are none.

Cons

Zero work life balance. No processes in terms of efficiency of employees (ofcourse forced 6 & 7 days working). Management - see for yourself, lacks a hell lot of skills and ignorant of their shortcomings. You speak your mind and you will be shown the door (startups don't work like this). And CEO himself says flamboyantly - Go and write negative reviews on glassdoor, I dont care. (Dear Mr. CEO, if you will not care why people are not happy to work with you then why do you hire them and thrash them mentally). They have and will continue to show you dreams and speak words but you need to have your own mind before you go to this company. Such a waste of time, energy and efficiency.

Pros

1: Great Teammates. 2: Learning Opportunity. 3: Growth if you can be a "Yes Sir" person and brownie points for showing off(called creating visibility) that you are working. 4: No Salary Cuts during Pandemic. But hey, didn't the CEO Mr Naveen say that this Pandemic will be a similar opportunity to the one that PayTM got during Demonetization. (Not mentioning the double shifts that you get to do while working from home)

Cons

Disclaimer: The language at certain places might seem a bit blunt. But I couldn't dilute it further to actually express what it's like in NPF. 1: Will have to post Fake 5* Reviews on Glassdoor to improve company reputation because they don't have any and their People Strategy is pathetic. 2: Forget Personal Life: The CEO has openly declared that he doesn't believe in Work-Life Balance. Expects people to give their life for the company while they continue to micro-manage and torture mentally. 3: #SolveForTheCustomer is our motto, so employees to die for us is the culture. 4: Le Management: "Our Core team used to work late nights when we started, so we will make sure all employees we hire will be made to. Instead of building a proper structure and managing work properly" 5: They have not only revolutionized the Education Industry. They have taken Micromanagement to the next level. 6: Opportunity to start working in the morning by listening to everything that you have not done for 2 hours and end the day with the same negativity when the evening status call starts at 8.00 PM at night and will stretch till 9-10:00 7: Toxic Attitude: The moment you decide to move out peacefully, they start talking bad about you internally that you were not good for anything. Parallelly trying to make you withdraw your resignation. 8: Extreme Bandwidth issues. Not enough people to manage the workload in every team. They might say that they've hire so much but the work load also triples during that during and a good number of people leave them for good. 9: Last but not least. The CS is responsible for everything. No other team will take up the ownership of goof up that they do. Internal processes should be to make life easier for employees not to make it more difficult.

Dear Friend, Thank you for acknowledging that NPF offers great learning and have fantastic team mates. I second you on that. The reason behind all the success of NPF has been its Zabardast People only. Secondly, as you very rightly mentioned that due to pandemic, the entire industry looked up to NoPaperForms to support them with their admission needs, so the inflow of business saw a big surge however with this also came a responsibility to service the huge volume of clients who sought the solution to their problems in NPF. Lockdown was abrupt and though the revenues spiked for us, we were worried on maintaining our zabardast delivery standards. Hiring that many people overnight wasn't possible. However, the people at NPF across departments stood up and volunteered to work not just double but triple shifts while we added more manpower to stand tall with the company, for enabling the clients who trusted only us. It was all because of your teammates only that we navigated these times such smoothly and FYI we also won the NASSCOM award for the top 50 emerging software companies in India. On the other side there were very few people like you also, who couldn't deliver to the need of the hour and preferred to walk out in search for a less demanding and comfortable job over supporting the company and clients when it mattered the most. It is ok and we wish you the best. You also mentioned about CEO openly declaring that he doesn't care about work life balance. My answer to this thought process of your's is - That is why he is the founder and at the CEO position today. You also mentioned that your mornings used to start with listening to 2 hours of complaints by your manager about the things you haven't done and the evenings used to be the same for you! Kudos to your manager for being so patient. Hope you had done your work properly to save those 2-4 hours per day for yourself and your manager. I know who you are and I wish that you do well wherever you go. A positive outlook, hunger to make a difference and an orbit change of your attitude will assist you to go places. Cheers!
