Working at this company was an absolute nightmare. There's no flexibility whatsoever. Forget about working from home, even during emergencies. The management is extremely toxic, and office politics are the worst I’ve ever seen. If you dare to voice concerns or ask for fairness, you’ll be put on a PIP without hesitation. Employees are constantly watched and supervised—forget about casual conversations or making friends here. The most disrespectful part is the culture of favoritism towards employees who have been here for over five years. If you’re new or a contract worker, you're treated like dirt. Also, no matter how hard you work, they don’t value it. They will never approve your leaves, and if you even get sick for a week, you can kiss your job goodbye.
