Deadlines and requirements come top-down which brings constant rush and lack of quality.

The exec team is working hard to create more focus and alignment through multiple efforts including a clear mission, vision, objectives, goals and metrics that go from top to bottom of the org. This should reduce unplanned work, but it is still a tech company and we do need to be responsive to the market, customers, and employees.

Horrible/confusing management decisions, little opportunity for growth, management seems to be shuffling people around so that they voluntarily quit

Cons

Terrible management. Managers hire people with relationships and not qualified at all. They hired some employees with nothing to do and many tasks for others. The product is very old, out of date technical stack with no future.
