Micromanage & Politics at all levels. Multiple Places need to be filled for Tasks, which don't even have any inherent meaning. Desktime app for time tracking. And system gets auto locked with just 2 mins of no activity, no way to change this. Everyone asks updates, but don't even know how much people work here. Covid safety at its worst, almost no safety in office and people are forced to come to office, and once they come they start monitoring How many times we go to bathroom and how we check our phones. They want tasks done, say only this much for next 2 weeks then if you finish it early, say that you aren't giving any updates or not working. People are interviewed for Dot Net and made to work on React and NodeJS. No one gives proper KT, and those who do give KT expect you to know everything. The few who actually do work good and hold some confidence of us lower folks are dismissed at the 1st sign of "disobeying". Half the people are leaving/Left. The rest of people have been either here since 10 years or are on notice period. No centralised Documentation for their Process. If you question for accountability from higher people, you will be tagged as difficult to manage and will be forced to be cheap and made to look bad. I hope this company dies out soon, we don't need trash like this.

New HR team and new employees want to create a scene and this is what best they can do as they are not skilled enough to survive here.
