      Pros

      Support from senior managers is strong. Townhalls, “Ask Me Anything” sessions, and a focus on customers keep things clear. Appreciate relocation and travel benefits to those who are sent to different cities to work on projects. Because of it, we could handle projects with focus.

      Cons

      Customer focus is strong, but it can sometimes affect employee comfort.

      Excellon offers nice employee perks- -Opportunity to work on latest technologies like .NET 7, Node.js, AI, and more. -Flexible shift timings with comp offs and special leaves for birthdays and anniversaries. -Comfortable work environment with free snacks, tea/coffee and regular fun activities. -Timely salary, travel allowances, birthday vouchers and more meaningful perks.
