Pros

-co-workers are nice -direct managers are supportive

Cons

Upper management is a mess. the company was sold 3 times when I was there and the current regime is cutting US based workers only. They keep saying how successful the company is and then cut staff and act like everything is normal. It is completely different company from when I started and I should have realized that the ship was sinking when some of the good managers voluntarily left than stay and deal with the current management. They are going full in with automation so I expect more layoffs in the future.

Abusive upper management

Pros

Fully remote. I like my coworkers and direct manager. They’re nice.

Cons

Be prepared to be screamed at by upper management (VPs) for things outside your control. They hired more executives on the PMO side who are useless. They make a big deal about bringing up issues early but soon as you do, they get angry (scream) so make sure you lie if you want fast track to promotion. It has worked for some on the PMO side. Upper management has also added a lot more steps to process that obviously adds time. Unfortunately they all think things should be done in the same amount as previously so expect to rush but make sure your doing everything perfectly else you’ll get asked why you missed something. Rushing is not an excuse in their empty heads.

Pros

Many managers and support staff are dedicated, hard-working, and genuinely committed to doing the right thing. The fully remote structure provides flexibility and work-life balance. Compensation and benefits are competitive and generally aligned with industry standards.

Cons

Unclear Process Changes: Operational or procedural changes are being communicated through email, without corresponding SOP updates or formal training. Despite this, employees are expected to perform flawlessly with no margin for error. Unprofessional Leadership Behavior: Members of upper management and the C-suite have demonstrated verbally aggressive behavior, including messaging employees to express negative communication for not attending last-minute after hours meetings. Unrealistic Workload Expectations: Teams are increasingly expected to work evenings and weekends to meet shifting priorities, without appropriate planning or recognition. Retaliation for Advocacy: Employees have been reprimanded for raising valid client concerns or speaking up to ensure client satisfaction and process alignment. Misaligned Sales Directives: Staff are being directed to promote and support products that are not yet fully ready for deployment. When client complaints arise, no corrective actions are taken—instead, employees are encouraged to continue selling and misrepresenting the product’s readiness.

Pros

Pay okay. Depending who you work under you'll have an understanding lead or one that over works you and will focus on quota

Cons

Also depends which lead you get. You ou get basic run through but otherwise it does not equip you for case by case which happens more often than a lot. You are encouraged to reach out but at times but feeling like one wants to help just same few ppl. They also got rid /replaced some upper management with people that seem to not have experience in this field and you can tell, this was maybe to 'save' money. Also a lot of jobs being outsourced to India

Pros

The company and the management work towards a noble cause. Providing open space to execute our thoughts and promotes healthy well being

Cons

Too many changes have been seen in the recent time in upper management, which sometimes questions stability, although the management is always upfront with their communications.

Pros

Great exposure to the IRT/RTSM industry with solid training and hands-on experience. Opportunities to work with knowledgeable colleagues and learn best practices. Management could be supportive at times, and the work itself was engaging and meaningful.

Cons

Abrupt same-day layoffs of my department felt unprofessional and left no time to prepare. No opportunities offered for lateral transfers or re-training to retain experienced employees. At times, management could be pushy and seemed to prioritize results over employee wellbeing.
