      Cons

      There is big gap in compensation at capgemini kolkata compare to other state in India. Work load is huge but compensation will not at all match with other states in India. No cabs facility for mens. Annoying management policies without any official notice or documentation.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
