Good company to work in, and stay in - Director, HRBP Capgemini Employee Review

I love Capgemini because of the wonderful opportunities it has given me. It's not perfect, it does have a lot of problems, but it's the best place I've worked at in my entire career. There are much dirty politics which occur but 80% of the job is pretty ok. The way to survive is to keep your head down and do the job. The less attention you draw to yourself, the easier life will be here.
