      Pros

      Has some reconaissance in the world, but not enough.

      Cons

      Very dinosaure philosopy in the company. Only commercial and MBA get higher salaries. Technical side is not well valued. If your are a commercial and love to manage people, then this is a good company for you. If you are good technically, get away from this company and join another company that really values technical skills, like Google or Facebook.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
