      -Some clients are good. -Excellent resources are available if you want to upskill. -Good work life balance.

      Cons

      -You give 2 years of you life to a project. And you worked hard an upskilled. -Even after upskilling you will not get to work in new project for months. -What good is upskilling if you can apply you skills. -They will not pay and attention to you till you put down Resignation.
