Unprofessional in work environment , HR/ Sr. Manager carry process by making oral communication,they avoid mail communication all the time . Big unwanted process for Transfer between states. Process is: resigning the company and again joining the same company (which includes mandatory new emp id,new sal account etc) very less salary
