      Everything is possible, pro-activeness is highly appriciated, work from Home is not a problem at all, shared responsibility's towards customers improves delivery

      Cons

      "people matter" is not always executed seriously, salary increase can be improved, time-writing tool is very poor, there are quit of lot of "rules"
