      Good and friendly work environment . Potential for growth

      Cons

      Job description is different form what i was employed to do. I interviewed as a PMO lead with BTS Apps only to join and started crunching numbers as an accountant. I never did any PMO related activities. They only sell you the job title and if you are willing to change to course of you career from becoming a PMO and an accountant, it is the best place for you

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k

      Hazy career path Little to no recognition Nonexistent salary hikes
