      Pros

      Depends on the the culture of the team. Some team are really heaven to work and in some teams the management is really very bad. Nice place to work if you are at managerial position.

      Cons

      HR policies are day by day getting worse. For everything they say that we are doing cost-cutting. Not much to learn if you are a fresher.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
