Onboarding process was smooth and well organized. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing welcome kit, which helped create a positive first day experience and made onboarding memorable.
Cons
After onboarding, there was limited communication regarding the next steps, such as product/project allocation and activities like asset or ID collection. For new joiners, having clear expectations and guidance for the following weeks from the supervisor would help reduce confusion.
