Pros

It's still an outsourcing company, you can work, they can pay you money, you can have access to learning platforms.

Cons

Salary they offer is probably the lowest possible on market. Hardware is the cheapest trash barely making work possible, imagine getting wired mouse on onboarding in 2024. List of software you can use on company laptop is tightly limited, and you need approvals to install anything. Software sometimes gets deleted without any notification, or you could get all your configs reset. Support never helps with this, just forwarding you with "Ask your colleagues". Several times I was unable to connect to client environment due to various limitations introduced without notice, it required to orchestrate client, project manager and support agent to get very simple things work as they should've worked before. Communication with Management and HR is terrible - it is usually demanding, commanding tone. Be ready to feel distrust and control of all your actions, even PM on my project micromanaged all my actions regardless of brilliant relationship with client and exceptional work results. With company we agreed 30% hybrid work mode. Just in 6 months of my work I was informed I have to do 40% now, and if I don't comply - it's been told it'll affect my variable bonus. No exceptions. Speaking of variable bonus pay - it was cut to 80% for me even though I was marked as "Succeeding". Be very careful with the contract, as in my case it required a much bigger notice period than it is recommended to be by law in Poland. Overall it draws a picture of a place where everyone not fit for better job gets. I wouldn't recommend working here for anyone caring for their career.

Cons

I was laid off after spending several months on the bench, with "lack of available projects" cited as the reason. However, another consultant in the same role who was also without an active client engagement was retained. As a woman and racial minority, I could not ignore the disparity in how these decisions appeared to be made. Before my termination, I reported being recorded without my consent and raised concerns about conduct that I believed reflected implicit bias. I was referred to as "URM" instead of by my name or role, encouraged toward race based employee resource groups rather than meaningful career opportunities, and repeatedly advocated for fair project placement while on the bench. My employment ended shortly after I raised these concerns. Following my termination, I pursued the matter through the appropriate internal and legal channels. I provided documentation supporting my concerns and gave the company multiple opportunities to investigate and resolve the issues. Rather than meaningfully addressing the evidence or acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations, the company denied wrongdoing, offered what I viewed as a nominal severance, and declined to accept accountability. Employees deserve confidence that concerns about discrimination and retaliation will be investigated objectively and fairly. My experience left me with the opposite impression.
