      Pros

      I am privileged to work with such a talented and passionate team solving the last big virtualization problem in the Enterprise stack! Company has clear vision and direction along with outstanding leadership. Management values candor, passion, and respects alternate points of view. Employees are challenged to achieve great things while being given the flexibility needed to achieve a healthy work-life balance. Excellent company lunch and snack program promotes a highly collaborative team environment. I really like that my co-workers help make this a fun place to work!!

      Cons

      Company is growing and changing rapidly. To be successful here, you must thrive on change, like hard work, and be a good team player.

      Poor Culture!

      Pros

      It's easy to isolate pros as there are not many. Hats off to the engineering for their ability to quickly turn around complex problems with truly innovative fixes. They depict agile cycles at it's best.

      Cons

      In midst of a booming start up marketplace, in the heart of SOMA, this place is a mom and pop shop. While the concepts and usp's are apt and it could solve some of the deepest problems in the data warehouse space, It's getting under played by poor management decisions. False hopes, unrealistic expectations are a just a few norms among several others that prevail.

      Super smart people, interesting problems

      Pros

      - Everyone on the team is super smart and always ready to help - it makes cracking hard problems together a lot of fun! And it's a small team, so everyone has immediate impact on the company. - Lots of challenging problem and innovation: we are working on technical challenges noone has ever solved before in a fully automated fashion - Transparency: everyone is kept in the loop about what's going on in the different departments with regular status updates and all-hands meetings - Great business potential: there is a lot of traction with partners and customers, and since the company has practically no competitors, it has the potential of going big - Last but not least, well-stocked snack room and gourmet lunches catered to the office (and by gourmet I mean better than my mom's cooking)

      Cons

      It can get a little busy around deadlines but is manageable so far
