Yes, we solved a hard problem, elegantly, and are working to get it into the hands of all. In short, this is not a con. I love educating customers and partners.

This environment makes it even more exciting since you see a direct line of impact from development. Company also provides catered lunches and a break room with snacks, catering is open for suggestions if there is something special you would like others to try. Every one is kept in the loop as what is goin on in company wide through status updates both via email and in-person over lunch.
