My first few weeks at CreateFuture have been incredibly positive. The onboarding is deeply personal, offering the right amount of support while giving me the space to find my feet. What stands out most, however, is the culture of appreciation. There is a genuine emphasis on internal recognition; people don’t just work hard, they are seen and thanked for it. It feels like a high-trust environment where everyone is pulling in the same direction, making the growth opportunities here even more exciting.

Over the past year, the company has gone through a significant amount of change in how they operate. There’s a stronger focus on consistency, transparency, and making sure people feel heard during this period of evolution. The culture remains supportive—even through the shifts. Teams are encouraged to help one another, share knowledge, and be open about challenges. People here genuinely care for one another. I've always felt comfortable raising any concerns, and there are plenty of opportunities to do so through anonymous channels. The feedback shared there genuinely helps shape updates to policies and benefits.
