It is one of the few places I have worked where developers, QA, design and product are included in all phases of a project life cycle to ensure it is being delivered in the best way possible from the whole team as a collective.

Cons
The salaries might not be as high as some of the big banks or product companies offer but the experience and enjoyment you get working in this environment far outweighs that. The compensation is still very generous
