Pros

Zilch pros. Literally none. I may have said the free canteen when I was working in the office was but that's gone now.

Cons

-poverty wages. -terrible organisation and I've had like 5 team leads in under 2 years. My current team lead us THE worst manager I've ever had. -micro management with use of system that flags if you leave your laptop for more than 8 minutes. -workload for some of the queues is completely unreasonable and too much, but don't bother telling management because they don't care and won't do anything. -they will find any excuse to deduct from your bonus and stuff in their own pockets. Swindlers. - very very little for PTO flexibility, They make you take 5-6 days each quarter instead of letting you take a bigger chunk over the summer. -they expect you to book your PTO 2-3 months in advance. - they got rid of most my team through redundancy about 6 weeks before they would have had to given out severance payments would have been mandatory... I'm sure this was just a coincidence... They have since started hiring for the same job they were getting rid of people for. I could honestly go on and on, I hope this is the worst company in Ireland because you'd really have to feel for anyone who's working for a worse company. A bunch of my ex colleagues are joining a union and making complaints to the WRC and I wish them the best.

Pros

Good salary for people in the night shift with old contract

Cons

This company has made clear that they don't like their employees and we are just another number. They do their best to take away any benefits that we used to have, the salary for new employees is lower that the one they used to offer year ago, when it was the best contractor to work. Now is basically the minimum wage. A few months ago when companies started with the layoffs, this one was no exception. But they way they did it was just awful. They sent an email to personal accounts telling people that their jobs were in scope, then at the office they put them all together in a meeting room and started calling names telling the ones not mentioned were fired. Extremely unprofessional putting people in such stress and over thinking. Then, on their last day working for the company they told them they had to stay one more month. For some this is not good news as many decided to return to their country, giving the notice of their accommodation, etc. Of they refused the "offer" to stay one more month they'll lose their right to the compensatory money of the layoff. Then after the month the company told many that they didn't have to go, and that they had to stay. Again, playing with people. That's psychological abuse and should be illegal.

Pros

Good coworkers, free meals from client

Cons

Excessive micromanagement severely hinders productivity and morale. The KPI target is unrealistic for our complex tasks, which involve extensive research, creative prompt writing, and sourcing images from non-blocked sites. TLs and OMs seem to lack understanding of the intricacies and time requirements of our work. The ]QA process lacks transparency and we can’t dispute decisions even when we’re certain they’re incorrect and colleagues agree. Remote work and shift change requests are denied despite the independent nature of our tasks, showing a lack of flexibility and trust in employees. Communication issues abound, with off-topic meetings and demands for immediate responses during production time disrupting workflow. The rigid attendance policy, requiring calls for minor delays, adds unnecessary pressure to an already stressful environment. Work environment is noisy and distracting, with inflexible seating arrangements that ignore individual needs. Client-provided amenities like shuttle buses and cafeteria are often overcrowded. Overall, there’s a pervasive sense of distrust and low morale, with employees feeling undervalued and unable to grow professionally in their roles. The company’s resistance to implementing hybrid work options, despite industry trends, further demonstrates a lack of employee-centric policies.
