The worst company to work for. Salaries are delayed by 3–4 months, and even after leaving, many employees still have 2–3 months (or more) of pending dues that the company refuses to clear. There is absolutely no work-life balance, and the leadership lacks accountability or direction. Quality of work is completely compromised as they focus only on delivery without standards. To make matters worse, the company engages in unethical practices, including financial fraud, which puts employees at serious legal risk.
