I've been at a few digital marketing agencies and I haven't seen management training as helpful as it is here. BluShark takes the extra steps to make sure Managers are properly trained on how to dive into team and personal obstacles, the managers here actually work with you on your goals and want you to voice concerns. The company culture is amazing, in-person shark summit twice a year, friendship fridays, department games and clubs. I feel like I have a path for growth laid out and am comfortable speaking up when I have an idea or want to change up a process. Everyone is also super friendly and helpful when you don't know or want to learn something.

The culture is amazing! Everyone is very welcoming and team mentality is encouraged and rewarded. Another pro is the feedback opportunities- not only for you as the employee, but for the company as well. There’s also a clear outline for growth in your career and managers are very supportive with helping you succeed. Overall there is high morale, growth opportunities, great work-life balance, great leadership and coworkers.

As a member of the recruiting team it's been amazing to work cross functionally with all of the department leads and hiring managers at BSD to help expand all teams. The people here are genuinely supportive and collaborative, there are so many opportunities to share ideas, be involved in company culture iniatives and grow as a team. We also use EOS so our management training has been extensive and it's been exciting to watch teams build out individual paths for growth for all employees.

There is an open-door policy where anyone is always ready to help you and answer any question you might have. The team is super supportive and there is always a lot to learn.

I've always felt totally supported by not only my managers, but also the broader leadership team. Coming in with minimal SEO experience, they really worked with my strengths to put me in a great role for me while I get my feet wet, and have always made the discussion around my career path a collaborative and open one. We also get flown out to DC for a bi-annual 2-day agency summit, which is such a great way to humanize things and engage a largely remote workforce.
