      Attending trainings and conferences encouraged, a lot to learn and do, fast growing startup environment, best laptops, good office with swimming pool

      Cons

      Offices are getting cramped with too many people, some newer employees are too competitive

      Generally highly competent and knowledgeable colleagues Great coffee Nice team events and parties Good office location in Istanbul Engineering team is small but everyone's an expert in their field Solid funding and finances for a startup

      Need a bigger office and more developers but that's in the works already
