Overall communication was clear and professional, although the process took longer than originally indicated. The first interview was smooth and friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere and genuine interest in getting to know each other.
The case study was reasonably challenging and felt well aligned with the role. I received detailed feedback by email and was told I would move on to the technical interview. The technical interview also went well; I answered the questions, we had a good conversation, and the interviewer often reacted very positively.
I always ask for feedback after interviews and was told I would receive it once they had completed their evaluation. However, I was later rejected without any feedback at all. This was disappointing, especially because I felt there was a strong culture and “vibe” fit and I was genuinely excited about the possibility of working there.
