      Pros

      Fully remote (big plus), fair & somewhat transparent pay system, good people, positive outlook in general, never overly stressful or hectic, clear roadmap and strategies, clear definitions of success and clear expectations for career development. Overall this company creates the environment for their employees to perform their best.
