Pros

The people working here are fantastic, especially the Customer Success team—they’re all amazing. The overall vibe is fun, and since it’s a startup, you have the opportunity to take greater ownership of your work. As long as you have a clear understanding of what you’re wanting to get out of the job, it can be a good opportunity.

Cons

There is little to no transparency in decision-making, which definitely made it feel very unstable. While you benefit from a startup environment, you'll also experience the mismanagement of its growing pains. They also don’t offer nearly as much flexibility as you would think and they are quite inflexible with certain policies (holidays/ wfh). Overall, it feels very inconsistent.

Pros

Great place to start a career in sales, as you are given a lot of autonomy early on. You are also given the opportunity to speak with large companies, and the CFOs within these companies. There is a lot of high quality exposure. The tech stack is also really solid from a sales perspective.

Cons

Nothing major, a bit more stability in processes etc would have been desirable.

Pros

- People: lots of young and smart people with tremendous potential - Product: great PMF and clear growth trajectory (recent US launch as a practical example) - Growth: both company and career, with lots of senior leaders starting as individual contributors; lots of opportunities to move to different teams, with clear prioritization of internal mobility/career progression - Lisbon office: 2x in size in 2025 and more to come in 2026, so good place to work from with lots of opportunity and growth - Knowledge: you get to work directly with CFO/Finance Directors, allowing you to learn and grow your financial knowledge

Cons

As with everything in life, there are always areas of improvement, but I've been here for less than a year and so far, nothing to point out

Pros

The company is growing really fast, which suits ambitious employees to develop with the company. The product is an easy sell, as there is so much demand for it, and it adds so much value. Management really knows what they are doing, and is very fair + reasonable. They will push you to improve. Performance is strongly incentivized with extra earnings, which empowers a strong growth focused culture. As the London office is relatively new, there is an opportunity to learn other elements of a startup such as Customer Success, or Account Executives, Marketing etc, which is interesting. Opportunity to take on initiatives such as hosting "lunch and learns" where you teach the office about a specific topic. All staff want each other to succeed, underlined by v strong collaboration. Management is open to fresh ideas and encourages intrapreneurship.

Cons

This job isn't suitable for people who are not ambitious. There are easier sales jobs. As a new joiner, the targets from HQ can be daunting, but again underlines opportunity to grow with the firm. Employees can sometimes get bored of selling the same thing every day, but this is the territory of a sales job. Management does a good job of mixing up exercises and challenges to avoid this.

Annual seminar is good fun.

Cons

More people leave than join. UK entity has continued to fail gradually over the past 12months Vast majority of customers end up churning as the tool cannot do what they expected
