Pros

The people working here are fantastic, especially the Customer Success team—they’re all amazing. The overall vibe is fun, and since it’s a startup, you have the opportunity to take greater ownership of your work. As long as you have a clear understanding of what you’re wanting to get out of the job, it can be a good opportunity.

Cons

There is little to no transparency in decision-making, which definitely made it feel very unstable. While you benefit from a startup environment, you'll also experience the mismanagement of its growing pains. They also don’t offer nearly as much flexibility as you would think and they are quite inflexible with certain policies (holidays/ wfh). Overall, it feels very inconsistent.
