About the role:
We are looking for a Production Operations Engineer to join our Technical Services team of five. This role has become available due to an internal move, reflecting the growth and development opportunities within the team. In this role, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Services teams to provide day-to-day production support and ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable operations. Other key responsibilities:
- Support stable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations
- Lead or support investigations relating to production processes and equipment including root cause analysis and implementation of CAPAs
- Plan and execute production line trials and support the introduction of new or modified products and processes into manufacturing
- Monitor production constraints and support initiatives to improve throughput reduce variability, and increase manufacturing stability
- Provide technical support across Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation

What You’ll Bring
You will be a proactive and hands-on engineer who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and driving operational improvements in a manufacturing environment. You will also have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Technical Support, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operational Quality role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a production environment
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulated manufacturing practices
- Experience supporting investigations, process changes, and continuous improvement activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
