The Opportunity
The Commercial Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring we are delivering best in class for our partner brand portfolio. Working closely with our partners and our internal brand team you will get to work on iconic brands, including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, UP&GO, Rockstar, and Gatorade.
What You'll Do
Financial management of our brand partner portfolio ensuring profitable growth
Manage the delivery of partner brands joint business planning meeting key deliverables
Lead contract negotiations and ensure that internal teams deliver our contractual agreements
Lead day to day communication and reporting with brand partners
Support and lead Innovation and New Product Development projects
What you bring
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong experience in FMCG understanding the complexities of portfolio management and profitable brand building
You will come from either a sales, marketing or finance background and will have experience as either a brand manager with full P&L accountability, a business manager, or commercial management
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong financial acumen you will understand financial levers across the P&L
You will have an ability to use data to tell a story to a broad range of stakeholders and ability to present with confidence at a senior level
You will have strong negotiation experience to create mutually beneficial terms
