How do you evaluate the bias of the data that you collected?
Overall actually surprisingly smooth and with minimal delays. Only negative was the case study I didn't have much time to prepare for given the short notice but my overall experience was positive.
Three rounds of interview, assessment, and offer. First phone screening, then hiring manager, then with senior business leaders followed by an assessment. The recruiter was very professional and the team culture felt great after in person interview.
