• Experience working in a MSP environment
• Lead IT by evaluating system designs to align with business goals.
• Update network infrastructure with best practices for various OS integrations.
• Translate complex technical solutions in simple terms for client understanding.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent IT services.
• Maintain detailed client IT documentation and records for clear communication and support.
• Provide proactive follow-ups and regular updates for client and team transparency.
• Proven experience across Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory and Exchange.
