Te whiwhinga mahi Our opportunity
Reporting to the Manager - Legal Executives, this is a true generalist role, where you will manage a wide range of property-related matters including conveyancing transactions, subdivisions, and other matters such as title clearing and assisting with due diligence investigations. Youll balance fast-paced, high-volume work with longer-term, complex projects, applying sound judgement and strong organisational skills to ensure priorities are managed effectively.

Working closely with Legal Counsel, the Associate General Counsel Property, and the wider Legal and Risk Directorate, you will also partner with internal teams including Land Advisory, Development, and Finance. Building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external providers will be key to your success.

You may be asked to prepare and review contracts and agreements, and will be expected to resolve documentation issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including process efficiency and document automation. You will also support statutory obligations such as Rights of First Refusal and Public Works Act requirements, while maintaining accurate property records and supporting system improvements.
