About the Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative Media Associate to join our growing team in Auckland. This role is responsible for producing engaging multimedia content that enhances brand visibility, supports marketing initiatives, and effectively communicates the organisation's message across digital and traditional platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in content creation, digital marketing, branding, and creative project execution. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for storytelling, strong visual communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Capture and edit photo and video content for promotional and organisational purposes.
- Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that supports business goals and engagement strategies.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase audience reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital media tools, and emerging content strategies.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide creative support for events, campaigns, and special organisational projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other creative design and editing software.
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing is an advantage.
