The interview process took approximately two weeks with three interviews. The first was with HR (general questions), the second with two Developers (technical interview) after completing a PHP shopping cart assignment a few days before, and the third was with the Head of engineering and Chief delivery officer. The process was going great until the third interview. The third interview felt like a repeat of the first one with HR, where the same questions were asked. The CDO arrived to the meeting 30 mins late, and I had to repeat all my answers. I get the feeling that he did not value my time, and when he did arrive it was to tell me to expect to be working overtime and that they thrive on pushing employees. After this interview, I was called a few days later at around 12pm, I missed the call as I was in an important meeting at the time, so I called back as soon as I could. I did not get a response until 4pm the following day to say that they would not be proceeding further with my application, however I was told that the developers were impressed with my performance. After reading other reviews I feel like I may gotten off lucky by not landing the role.

Had a one on one zoom meeting where basic questions about experience and my CV where asked .After that interview I was given a take home task creating simple shopping cart web app in PHP. A couple of days after submitting that I got invited to a technical interview with some of the dev team where I was asked to solve some questions on a digital whiteboard. After the interview I was told that they would let me know. It's now been two weeks with no contact so i've assumed its a no.Disappointing that a reasonably positive experience was ruined by not having the courtesy just to let me know either way.
