Although I didn't get the offer, I'll remember the recruitment process as very pleasant. Everyone I had an interview with was very friendly and cheerful. Also, an additional '+' for the presentation on how to prepare for the interview; I really felt taken care of as a potential intern.
The whole process had 3 stages:
1. CV screening, and if you passed, you got an email asking you to determine in what fields you see yourself (java backen/python backend/php/frontend, etc.)
2. Manager interview (online, 1h): 'tell me about yourself' and soft skills questions only
3. Technical interview (online, 0.5h): algorithmic 'LeetCode-like' live coding and questions related to the field you've chosen
