First, I had an interview with a Recruiter. He asked easy questions to get to know me better and to check if I was a fit for the position. Secondly, I had a call with the hiring manager. She asked question about my professional background. Thirdly, I had a call with a few stakeholders where I could show more in-depth my professional skills. Last I had a call with a few teammates. All questions were related to soft skills

recruiter call > Hiring Manager interview > Presentation to Managers > peers interview It was a good process, I had a great interview. I was confident. One week later they would give me an answer. Unfortunately, I've never got a reply from them. I chased them to understand where I can improve for a possible next interview for a new position but no one answered me. Frustrating, I would say.
