Ghosted! I applied through the company’s website, and after two weeks I was invited to a 20-minute interview with HR. The interviewer was not very friendly, and overall the interview was quite ordinary. They asked me about my background and my motivation for joining the company. Two weeks later, I received an automated email saying that the position had been filled. Even though I followed up with the recruiter by email, I didn’t receive any response and was essentially ghosted.

Process: phone screen, technical take-home task and onsite interview with the team. Take-home task took ~3–4 hours (refactoring + tests). Interview was friendly, focused on architecture and practical experience. Feedback received in 7 days

I applied online. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Dec 2021 Initial Test I got an email from HR team the next day right after I applied to do an initial test through Codility. It went well as the questions were quite easy Interview The next day I got invitation email for HR interview. BUT when I attend, there is NO ONE appeared for HR call. HR doesn't even bother to reply or give an update. They do not seem to be serious with hiring. Feels like they just do it to gain some kind of popularity. Do not waste your time to interview with this company.
