I made 3 Rounds, first a classical HR nterview-then a live coding (somthing like binary search) then a system design (design an inventory system) tehy told me that I didn't pass at the system design level( ishould asked for the number of clients not to make assumptions
Bon entretien, questions intéressantes, personne à l'écoute. Détail sur le parcours et questions pas trop philosophiques. L'échange est intéressant, et ne parle pas seulement du parcours mais aussi de la vision pour le futur.

Question 1
Pourquoi rejoindre Zalando, quel est votre objectif ?
I applied online. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Oct 2025
Interview
Unstructured/non traditional interview - made it harder to prep for but ultimately a better and more accurate view of the role and the managers style. I found the style quite pushy and some of the questions I needed to be clarified which seemed to aggravate the interviewer.
